Add Creatives to a gallery
On the Dashboard click the "Add to gallery" button.
In the popup select the galleries in which you want this Creative to appear.
On the Dashboard chose "Manage galleries" from the "Manage" dropdown. In the list of Galleries click the "Show gallery" icon to open the gallery in a new tab or click the "Copy link" icon to copy the gallery link to the clipboard.
Group by
Select "Format" or "Size" to group the Creatives accordingly. Or chose "None" to show the Creatives in the order that has been defined in the gallery settings.
Filter
Use the dropdowns to filter by Creative format, Vertical, Placement or Tags. The filters will be coded into the URL so you can send the link including the selected filters.

Manage galleries
Manage galleries
On the Dashboard chose "Manage galleries" from the "Manage" dropdown.
Gallery overview
All your existing galleries appear in the overview list. From here you can edit and delete existing galleries and create new ones.
Create new gallery
Click "Create new gallery" and type in the name. The new gallery is now available and can be accessed via the Gallery link.
Rename
To rename an existing gallery just click on the name and type a new one.
Show gallery
Click the "Show" button to open the Gallery in a new tab.
Copy gallery link
Click the "Copy gallery link" icon to copy the URL of this gallery to the clipboard. With the link the gallery can be accessed by anyone from anywhere.
Edit gallery
Click the "Edit" button to edit and organize your gallery.
Delete gallery
Click the "Delete" icon to permanently delete a gallery.

Creatives overview
The list shows all Creatives in the selected gallery. From here you can preview, order and remove the Creatives.
Change order
The order in the list is also the order in which the Creatives appear in the Gallery. To change the order, drag the thumbnail up and down the list.
Creative info
Shows some info about each Creative like name, brand and format.
Preview Creative
Click the "Show Creative" icon to open the Creative Preview in a new tab.
Settings
Opens the Creative settings. In the settings you can change the brand, format, placement, verticals and tags of the Creative, which can be used to filter and order your galleries.
Remove Creative from gallery
Removes the Creative from this gallery.

Download Gallery
Easily download example Creatives with just one click from the Download Gallery to your account.
Explore the setup and use it as template for your own Creatives. Change logos, CTA and other content to quickly create mockups to use in pitches and presentations. Note: To access the Download Gallery you need to be logged in to your Primo account.
Copy to Dashboard
In the Download Gallery click the "Copy to Dashboard" button. The Creative will then be copied to your account and can be edited in PrimoStudio and SmartBuilder.
