You can upload any PNG or JPG image as a Hotspot PopUp.
Upload image via Drag-and-drop
To upload your own images, drag and drop an image over a hotspot thumbnail.
Upload image via File-browser
Click on an Element to open the properties pop-up.
Click on the image thumbnail to open a file-browser and chose the image.

Use the sliders to scale and move the Image. Change the Image color using the Color picker and the Opacity slider. You can see the result directly in the Live view.
